Terrazza (terrace) is an apartment on the second floor of a farmhouse on the Gigliola estate. The flat is accessed from an exterior staircase. It is the same size as the Torre flat/apartment but it occupies one floor only.

At the entrance is a spacious living room with fireplace, leading to a dining room, separate kitchen, and a charming terrace ideal for dining and lounging outdoors. One bedroom has a queen size bed with bathroom (tub and separate shower stall), a second bedroom has twin beds and a bathroom (with shower over tub), a third bedroom has a queen size bed with bathroom (shower only).

Satellite television, telephone and dishwasher are provided.

The farmhouse swimming pool, located a short walk from Terrazza, is shared with other residents.

The farmhouse laundry room washers and dryer are available for use by guests.

Terrazza can be connected to Torre to provide a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 baths.
