Payment Terms
Deposit of 10% upon acceptance of the rental reservation/contract paid in a Euro denominated bank check or US Dollar wire transfer
Balance to be paid 30 days in advance of rental date by Euro bank check or US Dollar wire transfer
Payments are non-reimburseable and clients are advised to obtain trip insure
Purchases made during the stay and all other charges may be paid on departure by credit card or in euro
Minimum stay One week
Arrival & Departure
Arrival-Saturday after 3:00 pm and before 7:00 pm unless other arrangements are made in advance
Departure-Saturday by 10:00 am
Heating Surcharge (October 17, 2009 to March 27, 2010)
Villas: 45 Euros per day; Cottages and Apartments: 10 Euros per day
Pools Open and Close Open-approximately mid-May; Closed-approximately end-October
Departure Cleaning Fee 10 Euro per person paid on departure
